Where is my library link?
Check your inbox, promotions folder, and spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, use the Library Access page to request a fresh access link or contact hello@veslen.com.
How do I access my VESLEN digital products?
After purchase, your product may be delivered by download link, private library page, email confirmation, or account-based access depending on the product type.
I purchased but did not receive an email. What should I do?
Please check that the email address used at checkout is correct. Also check spam, promotions, and junk folders. If the email is still missing, contact support with your order email and purchase details.
Can I download the files more than once?
In most cases, yes. If your product includes private library access, you can return to your library link to access the available files. Some access links may expire or be protected for security reasons.
Can I share my private library link with someone else?
No. Private library links and paid product access are intended for the customer who purchased them. Sharing, reselling, or publicly posting access links is not allowed.
Can I use VESLEN templates for my own business?
Yes, unless the product page says otherwise, VESLEN materials may be used for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage VESLEN products as your own digital product.
Do you offer refunds?
Because VESLEN products are digital and may be accessed immediately, sales are generally final after delivery. If there is a technical issue, duplicate payment, wrong product, or failed access, contact us and we will review the case fairly.
Will products receive updates?
Some products may receive improvements, extra files, or updated versions over time. Updates are not guaranteed unless clearly stated on the product page.
Can I request help using a product?
Yes. You can contact support at hello@veslen.com. Please include your order email, product name, and a clear description of what you need help with.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods depend on the checkout provider used at the time of purchase. The accepted options will be shown during checkout.
Is my payment information stored by VESLEN?
VESLEN does not intentionally store full card details on its own servers. Payments are typically handled by secure third-party payment providers.
