VESLEN creates digital emotional wellness tools, printable rituals, private library access, and guided audio experiences. Because access is delivered digitally, this policy is designed to be clear, fair, and calm.
How refunds work for digital rituals
VESLEN products are delivered digitally through private library access, secure links, printable PDF rituals, guided audio, and related support materials.
Once digital access has been granted or files are made available, purchases are generally non-refundable because digital products cannot be physically returned.
Before purchasing, please review product details, included materials, and access information carefully. If you are unsure, we recommend beginning with the free Evening Exhale ritual first.
Refunds are normally not provided when:
- you changed your mind after access was delivered
- you downloaded, opened, or accessed the ritual files
- you purchased the wrong item but delivery worked correctly
- you expected a physical product instead of a digital ritual

We want your VESLEN experience to feel supported. If something technical goes wrong, we will always try to resolve access first.
